Originally from Toowoomba, Nicola, my wife, and I decided to move to the Sunshine Coast in 1998. I began working at the then newly formed Sea FM radio station, having previously worked at 4GR in Toowoomba for 5 years. We lived in Mooloolaba for 3 years and whilst we enjoyed being close to the beach and cafes, we knew we needed space and privacy so to Diddillibah we ventured. That was 2001.

We live on that same property today and we are in no hurry to leave. Why would we? Living on acreage on the Sunshine Coast is about as good as it gets! I am still passionate about this lifestyle we chose and perhaps one reason why I have enjoyed my career in the real estate industry for over 15 years.

I began selling real estate as an "acreage specialist" with Mal Clark, Tony Van Dijk and Rebecca Smith at Leading Edge Real Estate in Nambour. Today, as the business owner of RE/MAX Property Sales, I continue to specialise in Lifestyle Acreage Property. I believe I was the first to refer to myself as a "Lifestyle Acreage Specialist" ... it's caught on! It must have been a good idea. Most real estate agents sell whatever type of property they can and wherever they can secure it. I am a Lifestyle Acreage Specialist so I ONLY sell lifestyle acreage properties.

I have been inducted into the RE/MAX National Hall of Fame as well as the RE/MAX International Hall of Fame with in excess of 600 settled sales.

Nicola Perry - Owner / Director of Property Management

With a career in real estate spanning from 2003, it was Nicola's drive and passion for the industry that resulted in the purchase of the RE/MAX office in 2010, alongside her husband Steve. They both wanted to offer more to their clients than simply "selling and buying".

After taking a break from real estate to raise their young family, Nicola is now back on board as the Director of our outstanding Property Management Team.

After joining the RE/MAX Property Sales team at the start of 2015, Marsha brings with her an extensive accounting and administration background with the previous six years being in real estate on the Sunshine Coast as a Property Manager.

Being a working mum with four children she has to be organised, structured and resilient which are three important attributes needed to run a successful office.

Bonnie Dean - Business Development Manager

Bonnie Dean comes to RE/MAX Property Sales with a fantastic career combination of Real Estate, Construction, Marketing & PR and Management. She slips perfectly into the role of Business Development Manager.

Bonnie is the previous owner of a leading bond cleaning business on the Sunshine Coast, Bond Busters and prior to that she worked for The Buzz PR, getting creative. She is originally from Mackay and relocated to the Sunshine Coast in 2009, following her Mother and other family members. Bonnie and her partner Steve were zapped with the RE/MAX experience when they purchased a home in Rosemount last year so it felt very comfortable for her to join the team.

Bonnie’s role at RE/MAX is to look after new business for the agency, in particular helping new Landlords and Property Investors gain the most from their rental property with the care of a fabulous Property Management team. You’ll feel at ease chatting with Bonnie about your situation. She’s a Landlord of two properties herself so she can view things from your perspective.

Rachael Mason - Receptionist

New Zealand born and raised (we won’t hold that against her!!), Rachael comes to us with a customer service background as well as having spent several years in the demanding Property Management industry.

Mum to three boys, Rachael and her family have called the Sunshine Coast home for the last nine years. She has a happy and friendly disposition, which you immediately feel at home with upon her greeting you on the phone or in person at reception. Honesty and integrity rate very highly on Rachael’s personal qualities and her organisational skills and the straight forward approach she puts to tasks are an asset not only to herself but our team and level of outstanding service we provide to our clients and customers.

Buying her first investment property sparked an interest in real estate for Amy which in turn encouraged her to seek a new career path. Amy started her new occupation as a real estate administrative assistant in 2012 in Roma, Queensland.

Having moved back "home" to the Sunshine Coast in 2013, Amy has been busy over the past couple of years ... getting married, building a new home and welcoming a little baby boy to the world. Amy now works part time with RE/MAX as our Sales and Contract Administrator.

Jody comes to our office with over 15 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, with most of that focused in Property Management.

Rebecca Smith - Marketing Manager

Rebecca joined RE/MAX in 2010 and was our dedicated Office Manager until she left to enjoy Maternity Leave in early 2015. She is now back on board as our Marketing Manager, working part time from her home office while enjoying being a mum to her little boy, Patrick.

Having been involved in Real Estate since 1997, Rebecca sure knows her way around a real estate office! Experienced as both a Personal Assistant and Office Manager, Rebecca has been hands on in every facet of running the office and is only too happy to help out wherever she can. She is passionate about graphic design and attention to detail is paramount in Rebecca's work.

As an avid netballer and beach volleyball player, Rebecca loves the Sunshine Coast lifestyle. Born and bred right here in Nambour she says there's no better place to live than on the Coast.
